Convert kubernetes/groupware/collabora/values.yaml to an Ansible role.

• Namespace: groupware
• URL: office.conways.info
• Chart: TrueCharts/collabora (geek-cookbook style)
• Already uses Bitwarden lookups for credentials
• Aliased to Nextcloud at cloud.conways.info

Tasks

• Create k8s-collabora role using k8s-helm-base
• Port values.yaml to templates/values.yml
• Add to k3s_server play in playbook.yml
