Convert kubernetes/social/mastodon/ to an Ansible role.

• Namespace: social
• URL: social.conways.info
• Chart: mastodon/mastodon (artifacthub)
• Has a raw ingress.yml for the webfinger redirect alongside the Helm values

Tasks

• Create k8s-mastodon role using k8s-helm-base
• Port values.yml to templates/values.yml
• Include webfinger ingress manifest as an additional kubernetes.core.k8s task
• Add to k3s_server play in playbook.yml
